The house was spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The private water park was a major highlight and provided endless fun for our whole group. The maintenance staff was professional and quick to address any issues we had. The club house had a great selection of food and the water park was a hit with everyone. I highly recommend this property for a memorable stay.

There were a few minor setbacks during our stay. The pool wasn't clean initially and the heating wasn't available after 8pm, which was a disappointment considering the extra fee for heating.

The highlight of the stay was definitely the private water park, which provided endless fun for the kids. The host, Carlos, was extremely kind and accommodating, allowing us a late checkout at no extra cost. The location, while slightly away from the city, was perfect for our visit to Disney. this property exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return in winter. The pool was amazing and the beds were comfortable. the rooms were also spacious which was great. Additionally, the water park provided a lot of fun for the kids.

The pool was not clean and the heating was not available in the evening. There were also several broken items upon arrival, such as the patio door and outside screen door.
