The hotel had a great breakfast that was worth the money. the staff went above and beyond to help us when our luggage was lost. They made sure we got it back and even called around to make sure. the hospitality of the staff was amazing and we felt very welcomed during our stay.

The bed was too soft for our liking. It didn't provide the support we needed for a good night's sleep.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful Tuscan resort with breathtaking views of olive groves and the valley. The villa apartment was well-decorated and very comfortable, and the swimming pool was the best we've experienced. The resort is conveniently located near various towns and attractions in the Val d'Orcia. The service and staff were exceptional, making us feel like family. We enjoyed a private wine tasting of their delicious wines. we highly recommend this resort for a perfect Tuscan getaway.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious apartment with a beautiful terrace overlooking the infinity pool and the town. The newly renovated facilities with stone/beam ceilings and air conditioning were excellent. The winery on-site offered delicious Rosso and Brunello wines. Breakfast was available and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, even going above and beyond to assist a guest with a traffic ticket. The short drive to Siena was convenient and the town of Montalcino was a great place to explore.

They were always available to assist with any questions or concerns that I had. the rooms were also a good size and provided plenty of space. Lastly, the grounds of the hotel were beautiful and well-kept, which created a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere.

We had an amazing stay at Borgo Canalicchio Di Sopra Relais! The pool area was fantastic, the breakfast was the best we had in Italy, and the apartments provided everything we needed. We highly recommend the wine tasting, as the wines were incredible and we learned so much about the region.
