The rooms were nicely decorated and modern. the bathroom was nice with a great mirror. the location is good, close to the beaches and other attractions but in a slightly quieter block. You get free beach chairs and towels! There's a lot of dining options and grocery stores nearby. You can easily get around without a car.

The soundproofing was not good. You could hear everything from the hallways and surrounding rooms.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location within walking distance of everything we needed. The friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond, storing our luggage for free and offering great tips for exploring the area. The well-designed rooms had comfy beds and cool showers, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel also had a clean and modern atmosphere.

The attention to detail is superb, from the chic and modern decor to the well-maintained rooms. The location on Washington Avenue is perfect, surrounded by the bustling energy of the city.

Her genuine and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The hotel's location is perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants, stores, and even the Miami-Dade Police station for added safety. The rooms were clean and had a fresh smell, which is a must for me when staying in South Beach. Casa Boutique exceeded my expectations and provided an exceptional experience.

We had a romantic escape at a boutique hotel in Miami. the hotel was nicely decorated and had a fresh feel to it. the location was perfect, being close to the beach and within walking distance of popular areas like Lincoln Mall. It was great to have a variety of cafes and restaurants nearby as well. the staff were friendly and efficient, making our stay enjoyable. it was a relaxing and perfect experience.

There were a couple of minor issues that we encountered during our stay. there was a slight smell of damp carpet in the room, but we believe they had just been cleaned.

Convenient location, helpful staff, clean and well-maintained, beach service/chairs provided, night time concierge was great, reasonably priced accommodations.
