This hotel is perfectly located for those going to the theme park nearby. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is tasty with a pancake maker that kids love. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with one employee going above and beyond expectations to help out. Some rooms have a nice view, and the pool is open late for guests.

The management views customer service differently than most hotels. They were not willing to provide extra towels and some of the shower soaps were empty upon arrival.

During my stay here, I found the location to be very convenient, just a short distance from the local theme park. Additionally, the staff was very accommodating and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed and kept very clean by the housekeeping staff. I particularly appreciated the free Wi-Fi in my room and the option for early check-in and late check-out, which made my stay all the more comfortable.

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus in Hershey for a week and had a fantastic experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff, particularly Justin and Addrian, went above and beyond to make our mornings pleasant. The hotel was clean and the level of service was exceptional. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was larger than most budget hotels. The location felt secure, with no sketchy individuals around. a great value for the price paid.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection and the option to take food back to the room. Coffee was available all day and the hotel was clean and new.

The hotel was quite new and the bed was very comfortable. the staff was friendly and the breakfast was tasty. It was a good thing that it was close to Hersheypark, and the pool looked okay.

It was also hard to find the hotel as it was located in a strange area. There were hairballs on the floor, dust on the counter and crumbs on the chair.

First visit, staff helped with late check-in. Love this place: Free Wi-Fi, parking, luggage storage, pool, fitness center, laundry. Perfect for me. Coming back for Christmas!

The room was so comfy and cozy with the air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a coffee machine. I felt right at home with the mini-fridge, microwave, and HDTV. The private bathroom was stocked with designer toiletries – so fancy!

I wish there were more lighting options in the room.
