The best aspects of my stay at this bed and breakfast were the cleanliness, location right down the street from colonial Williamsburg, and the delicious breakfast. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the room was spotless. I also appreciated the convenient parking and easy access to transportation. The staff were friendly and made me feel right at home. the pleasantness of the stay was exceptional.

The food was outstanding, and Alex, our friendly host, even surprised us with a room upgrade due to our late arrival. Leroy, our server, provided valuable information about the area. The location was convenient, with beautiful landscaping and unexpected wildlife sightings. The breakfast, prepared by Alex, was delicious, and his sense of humor kept us entertained. We felt like guests in a close friend's home. We would love to stay here again!

Great location, close to Colonial Williamsburg and the College of William & Mary. The breakfast was exceptional, with a freshly baked quiche that was the best I've ever tasted. The owner, Alex, was very welcoming and served us fresh coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Some areas of the hotel could use renovations to bring them up to date. The parking area is tight, so it may be better to park on the street if you have a big truck or SUV.
