The staff at the hotel is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The rooms are well-appointed, with some even featuring balconies for guests to enjoy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attention to detail in terms of amenities.

Great location near the lake, perfect for a romantic getaway. the condo we stayed in was spacious and well-furnished, with modern amenities. the balcony off the master bedroom offered a lovely view of the surroundings.

Some of the facilities, like the pool equipment and spa, were out of order. the common areas and hallways were not well-maintained, with dirt and salt tracked in.

We loved the spacious lakeside condo with its outstanding lake view. Each bedroom having its own bath was a great convenience. The full kitchen, dining room, and living room provided ample space for relaxation. We also enjoyed the screened-in porch and deck with outside seating. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, promptly attending to our requests for extra blankets and lost room cards. The location of the hotel in the downtown area was perfect, as it was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other attractions. Being right on the lake added to the overall charm and beauty of our stay.

The staff was friendly and respectful. The rooms were nicely decorated and quiet. The location was great, with many dining options and shops nearby. The snowmobile rental was reasonably priced and the machines were new.

The condo had everything we needed and the bowling alley was a fun touch. highly recommend this spot for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Stayed in a great location, right on the big lake and near downtown. Received great service from attentive staff who kept the rooms clean, without any bunk beds. a great value for money stay with basic amenities and the option for breakfast if desired.

The hotel is perfectly located near a grocery store and it's right on a large lake. The bay view from the room was stunning, but sadly wasn't enough to make up for the dirty floors and unclean bathroom. Breakfast was decent, but the staff was just okay. Although the hotel had some facilities, it was confusing to navigate.

Sadly, the staff didn't take responsibility for their mistakes and offered no compensation when amenities were closed without notice.

The room lacked soundproofing, so we were disturbed by noise from nearby areas. the temperature in the room was also difficult to control, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a nice restaurant and bar, an indoor pool area, and even a campfire with free s'mores. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and the beautiful Heartland State Trail. We also enjoyed spending time in this small MN town on a fishing lake.
