Great spot with cool vibes

Love the location—super close to the subway and tons of fun stuff like the High Line. The room was cozy and had everything I needed. Breakfast was decent, plus free coffee all day! The vibe is really nice, but the AC was kinda loud at night. Just a heads up, the stairs are steep if you're on the upper floors.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable and spacious, providing the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and attractions in the neighborhood. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was awesome. What made it unique was that my room overlooked a small green backyard, something rare in the city. It was super quiet and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel itself had a cool, vintage vibe with interesting room decor and bathroom fixtures. a great stay!

I recently stayed at Chelsea Pines Inn for a few nights during my business trip to the Chelsea area. The location is perfect, just a few meters from the subway and within walking distance of Chelsea Market and Highline. The night staff was friendly, the beds were super comfortable, and everything in the room was clean and brand new. The hollywood decor added a fun touch, and I particularly enjoyed unwinding in the garden before my dinner reservation. the staff made me feel taken care of and the hotel exceeded my expectations.

We had a great stay here - the location was perfect for most sights and there were some really good restaurants located close by. The staff were very polite and friendly, providing excellent service. The room had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the outdoor terrace and dining area, and the leisure facilities including cycling.

We would definitely recommend this place to family without hesitation or reservation.

The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring the city with multiple subway stations in close proximity and a beautiful veranda area to relax. While the carpets in the room are worn and dirty, the bathroom facilities and service were decent. In addition, the breakfast was adequate and included homemade sweet bread.

There is one major issue with this hotel that cannot be ignored. The management's lack of response and action in addressing a serious bedbug infestation is unforgivable and has caused harm to guests.

We had a wonderful stay at a hidden gem. the location was fantastic and we were pleasantly surprised by the modern and new feel of the hotel. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with the best night's sleep we had during our two weeks on the road. Despite our late arrival, the front desk staff, particularly Shawn, was incredibly helpful and waited for us. the breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio surrounded by greenery.

The best aspects of our stay were the central location and the friendly staff. This hotel is right in the heart of Manhattan, just half a block from the subway and close to several metro lines. It was so convenient to explore the West Village, Chelsea, and the Meatpacking District. We loved being able to walk to nearby attractions like Chelsea Market and the Whitney Museum. The hotel's outdoor tables were a great addition, allowing us to enjoy breakfast in a cozy garden setting. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making us feel right at home during our stay.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms had excellent amenities, including great coffee, and were nicely updated, particularly the bathroom. The breakfast included quality food at a good time of 9am.
