Comfortable stay with friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes from Harrah's Casino. We enjoyed the beautiful waterfall accents in the room. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, allowing us a late check-out so we could change clothes after our horseback ride. The location of the hotel was perfect for us - it was out of the busy section of the city, but still only a 5-minute drive to restaurants, shops, and attractions. We especially loved being close to the local Indian shops in the Smoky Mountains and downtown area.

I recently stayed at the Chestnut Tree Inn for a weekend getaway. The breakfast was fantastic - unlimited options, hot and delicious, and the dining staff were attentive and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff, George and the night shift lady at the front desk, were very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect - away from the hustle and bustle but still close to restaurants and attractions. a great experience!

We recently stayed at Chestnut Tree Inn for a horseback riding trip. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They even allowed us a late check out so we could change after our ride. The location was perfect, just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and attractions.
