had a great stay at marriott this time. loved the comfy room and prompt room service. staff was super helpful and friendly. amenities were fantastic, especially having a starbucks in the lobby. perfect location for sightseeing. felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location in the downtown area. It was right on Michigan Ave, which made it so easy to explore the city. The staff at this place were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was recently updated and everything was perfect. I especially loved the light furniture and the in-room amenities like the mini-bar and the in-room safe. The hotel also had great facilities like a fitness studio and a swimming pool, which I really enjoyed using during my stay. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I had a fabulous stay at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Mag Mile, close to everything I wanted to see and do. The rooms were comfortable, and I especially loved the floor-to-ceiling views from the higher floors. Despite being in a bustling area, the rooms on the opposite side of the hotel were surprisingly quiet. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the restaurant offered a good selection of food, including options for kids. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to all of our requests. We were able to enjoy a fantastic weekend of shopping and were within walking distance of many stores, restaurants, nightlife, and even the train. The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to explore popular attractions like Navy Pier, the Sears Tower, Millennium Park, and indulge in the best deep dish pizza and Chicago dogs. We also loved that Wrigley Field was easily accessible via the nearby red line subway, just a short walk away. The bed in our room was comfortable, and we were treated to a great view during our stay.

This hotel is definitely worth the stay. The location is perfect - right on Michigan Ave which means there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with beautiful views of the skyscrapers. The staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Our weekend shopping trip with my girlfriends was made perfect thanks to the excellent location of this hotel. We were within walking distance to numerous stores, restaurants, and nighttime attractions. The recently updated room with light furniture was absolutely perfect, and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The in-room temperature control and free HBO were a nice touch. The valet service was also very accommodating. The panoramic nighttime view from our room was simply beautiful. This will be our go-to hotel from now on!

This hotel is located in an extremely convenient area, in the middle of the magnificent mile, allowing for easy access to most major tourist areas. Additionally, the rooms, fitness center, and lobby have received positive reviews.

Some guests had issues with the quality of their rooms, either because they were outdated or too small for the price.

The room was so comfy and modern, with a huge TV and a super cozy bed. The view of the city and Lake Michigan was amazing!

The gym was a bit small for my liking, but that's just me.

Unbelievable valet staff, exceptional duty manager, courteous and accommodating staff, pleasant and extremely helpful check-in attendant, attentive and quick service, prime location for shopping and dining.
