We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was elegant, clean, and had a great view of the pool and surrounding hillsides. The modern style and spacious bathroom added to the overall comfort. The staff, including the bartenders, wait staff, and casino host, were terrific. The restaurant at The Willows served unrivaled seafood and steak dishes, and the omelette at the Cafe was amazing. The hotel's size was just right, making it easy to get around. The beds were comfy and the security measures made us feel safe throughout our stay.

Our stay at Chumash was fantastic! The room was clean and had a beautiful view. We enjoyed the LED lights around the mirror and the complimentary bottled water. The pool lounge area was a great place to relax. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Chumash Casino Resort for a weekend getaway. The room was clean and spacious, with modern furnishings. The casino was a good size and had a non-smoking section. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and we had an outstanding dinner at a nearby restaurant called The Brothers at the Red Barn. The service upon arrival was excellent, and the pool and pool bar were great, with attentive waitstaff. a fabulous hotel experience.

I encountered unhelpful and unapologetic service, particularly when addressing issues with the room amenities. A more attentive and accommodating approach from the staff would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests.

Comfy beds, helpful staff, awesome reading lights, fire pits by pool, and refreshing Jacuzzis. Rooms with great views, clean sheets, big shower, and modern furnishings. USB ports everywhere, big TV, and reasonable prices in the mini bar. Loved the pool, no children, and fast service for extra toiletries.

The Chumash Casino Resort provided a comfortable stay with spacious rooms equipped with two cozy beds that made for a restful night's sleep. The variety of slot machines at the casino kept me entertained, and the breathtaking view from the resort added to the overall experience.

The resort's focus on promoting the casino was evident, with minimal amenities available in the rooms, such as the absence of club soda, and a lack of transparency in the billing process, leaving me feeling hesitant about additional charges.

Our stay at Chumash Casino Resort was amazing! The Jr. Double Queen suite was exceptional, and the spa was incredible. I highly recommend trying the Lavender Dreams treatment - Breana gave the best massage! The Willows restaurant was fantastic, and Derek, our server, went above and beyond. I also loved the separate hotel and casino areas, the relaxing pool area with Cabanas, and the spacious and comfortable room. The shuttle driver was friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We will definitely be back!
