The hot shower was very enjoyable, and the breakfast buffet was good, with a nice selection of teas. the location is a true advantage, with plenty of nearby restaurants open until 11pm. the room was small but cozy, with the added convenience of controlling everything from an iPad.

The room was minuscule, with the bed surrounded by walls on three sides, making it inconvenient to get up to use the bathroom during the night. Pillows were uncomfortable for sleeping, though they worked well for sitting up in bed.

The location was fantastic, close to Millennium Park and other downtown attractions. The staff were friendly and made us feel cared for. it was a joyous experience.
