During my transit in Seattle, I stayed at CitizenM Seattle South Lake Union, conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from Seattle Center Monorail. The hotel offered a modern and art-inspired decor, with local art adorning the walls, creating a unique and vibrant ambiance. The hot and cold breakfast buffet surprised my discerning palate with familiar favorites presented with ingenuity, providing a delightful start to the day.

The room temperature was uncomfortably hot during my stay, and the AC did not seem to provide relief, which may not be a typical issue but was exacerbated by unusually high temperatures.

As for Cons, we would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. The leisure room and facilities were also great, with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a fitness centre. The 24-hour reception and security made us feel safe and secure, and the express check-in/-out was convenient. we had a wonderful stay here and would definitely return.

The room, with its frosted glass shower and iPad-controlled features, was modern and convenient. I loved the easy access to entertainment at the nearby Museum of Pop Culture.

My first room had a small issue with cleanliness, finding a hair in the sheets. Although this was quickly addressed, I found the initial response from the front desk slightly dismissive.

Absolutely loved the modern and stylish design of the hotel. the rooms were small but well-designed, with all the amenities you could ask for. the app-controlled features like the temperature, curtain, and lights were a great touch. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance. Plus, being able to walk to the lake in just ten minutes was a bonus.

The breakfast was a letdown. Not only did you have to pay extra for it, but the selection was limited and they ran out of items early in the morning.

Absolutely loved the hotel's app that lets you control everything from your phone, it's a touch of luxury. The rooms felt clean enough to walk around barefoot and the beds were made of clouds! Also, the location was perfect, right in the downtown district and within walking distance of everything we had planned to do.

We loved this hotel! It was in a great location, close to everything we wanted to visit. The staff gave us great customer service and made us feel very welcome. The room had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. We especially loved having an iPad to control the lighting and window shades. The hotel had a fantastic dining restaurant and bar/lounge area, where we enjoyed delicious meals and drinks. The leisure facilities, including the TV room and fitness centre, were excellent. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location was great, as we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. We also appreciated the complimentary features offered, such as free Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed.

the high price was not worth it, especially with the lack of regular room cleaning and service.

As friends who love going out at nights, we loved the trendy and fun vibe of CitizenM. The cozy rooms were perfect for a couple's vacation, and the staff was absolutely amazing! Shoutout to Tait for surprising us with anniversary decorations, and to Elise for being a great bartender and a fun conversationalist. The lobby is beautiful and a great place to grab a drink. Plus, the hotel's location allowed us to easily walk to major attractions and fall in love with the city.

Felt so welcome, no complaints whatsoever.

I recently stayed at CitizenM in Seattle for a quick trip. The room was smaller than usual, but the layout was great and functional. The bed was comfortable and the shower was perfect. I loved the tech capabilities, like being able to control the lights, blinds, and temperature with a tablet or phone. The modern and funky decor of the room and hotel was refreshing. The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining. The gym had a variety of equipment, and the staff, especially Papacito, Olivia, and Sasha. I will definitely choose to stay at CitizenM again in the future.
