We had the most amazing stay at this hotel during our romantic escape! the location was perfect, with shopping and the harbor just a short walk away. the room was lovely, and we absolutely adored the bathroom with its soaking tub and separate rain shower. the toiletries provided were top-notch, too. Another bonus was the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even more enjoyable.

The parking situation was a bit inconvenient as there were limited spots available. We had to use the overflow parking next door, but thankfully we were able to move our car when other guests left.

Rooms exceeded expectations. Friendly staff, great service. Perfect central location. Would stay again. Amazing tub. Coffee shop experience. Staff went all out. Word-of-mouth-worthy.

The value for money at the hotel was great, with a nice room and all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown, and the staff, especially Niqua at the front desk, were attentive and helpful.

Awesome rooms, friendly staff, great location near excellent restaurants and attractions. Complimentary barista, good gym, and huge beautiful bathroom. Perfect for a family with 2 small kids.

Felt like a VIP, nothing was too much trouble.

As young families, we loved the beautifully designed rooms and the comfortable amenities. The bathroom and shower were clean and luxurious, and we especially enjoyed the deep tub for soaking after a long day of exploring downtown. The outside seating area with chairs and a table was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nice weather. Having a fantastic independent coffee shop on the property was a major plus, and being close to downtown restaurants and the walkable historic district was very convenient. The hotel even offered free bikes for us to use, which was a fun and convenient way to explore the area.

Felt safe walking at night, no reason to complain.

City Loft delivered great value for our money with its outstanding amenities and comfortable, well-equipped room. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the shopping and restaurant area, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offerings could be improved slightly to enhance the overall experience.

This hotel was really great! the location was perfect- right in the heart of the historic district, making it easy to get around and explore the town on foot. The rooms were very nicely done- they had a classic design and were updated and clean. The bathroom was particularly impressive- it was very spacious and modern. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious- definitely worth the price.

The hotel’s location is top-notch, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. It’s easy to find a place to eat or to start exploring downtown. The onsite fitness center is well-equipped and allows guests to stay in shape. The room is comfortable and well-maintained, with no strong odors or stains. The bed is cozy and promises a good night's sleep.

The parking situation could be better, especially during peak seasons. Some guests had to park in an auxiliary lot.

I enjoyed my New Year's stay at this hotel. the rooms had a fresh, clean scent and were well laid out. the spacious bathrooms were a plus, especially for a relaxing bubble bath. It was a nice touch to have bottled water available at no cost, as well as wine and wine glasses. the location of the hotel was conveniently within walking distance of downtown, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, I appreciated that pets were allowed for a minimal fee and that there was outdoor seating available.

There were a few issues that detracted from my overall experience. In my room, I noticed some maintenance issues such as caulk coming off in the tub, which could lead to mold if not addressed.

We got great value for our money at City Loft! The room was fantastic with a spa-like bathroom and a lovely coffee shop attached to the property. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the waterfront park and tons of shops, restaurants, and museums. The staff was incredibly friendly and even left little baggies of cookies on our door with the next day's weather. We would definitely stay here again.
