We loved the location of this hotel, as it was relatively close to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, perfect for our photography outing. It was also conveniently situated near several restaurants, making it easy to find a good meal. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with appealing décor in the rooms. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options and even had a pancake making machine.

We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Montrose. We stayed for two nights and everything was thoughtfully designed and convenient, from the night light in the bathroom to the power outlets on the desk. The room had all the amenities we needed, including an iron, microwave, and refrigerator. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the flat-screen TV offered many cable channels. The highlight of our stay was the amazing cinnamon rolls for breakfast. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the hotel itself was calm and well-kept. excellent value for the money.
