The room was well decorated and cozy, with herringbone throws on the beds. The beds and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The common area off the lobby had cozy nooks for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea or espresso.

The hotel lacked automatic replacement of room amenities and there was no towel rack or hooks in the bathroom. Also, there was no elevator in the hotel, which was inconvenient.

Palihotel Westwood is now our favorite hotel in the area. The staff is amazing, the rooms are well-appointed with amazingly comfortable beds, the rooms are spacious, the entire property is spotless, and we liked the split bath layout. It's a good choice for adults or families with older kids who are able to appreciate the small, quiet atmosphere of an excellent boutique hotel. The hotel did a great job accommodating any guests who had issues. They quickly moved us to another room that was wonderful! We were able to easily find street parking on the same block the entire 3 days we were there.
