The location of the hotel was great, with beautiful views of nature all around. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing a room upgrade for a special occasion. the complimentary smores by the fire at night added a nice touch to the overall experience.

The check-in process was slow and inefficient, with the staff member talking excessively about personal matters. the bed in the room was uncomfortably hard, leading to a poor night's sleep.

This was our third stay at the Starlight and we absolutely loved it! Room 17 is our new favorite, with its cozy fireplace and stunning views of the garden and Mount Cranmore. The room was impeccably clean and stylish, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, with Moat Mountain brewery just a minute away and North Conway village less than five minutes away. Plus, it's only 30 minutes from Great Glen and the Mount Washington auto road. We couldn't have asked for more!

All was perfect.

The room was nicely decorated and a short walk away from several restaurants. We appreciated the in-room coffee and the easy access to the lobby coffee in the morning. We had a small issue with the sink but it was quickly fixed by the friendly front desk staff. we would recommend this motel for a budget-friendly stay.

Our recent stay provided us with the perfect location, close enough to enjoy the village but just outside the heavy bustle. On top of that, it was super easy to walk to great restaurants and attractions. The bathroom was spotless and the staff was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The outdoor grill was a great advantage for those who love to cookout.

The bed was a bit low to the floor for some, but it wasn't much of an issue.

It was a nice touch that made our check-in process hassle-free.

The TV in the room was outdated, still using an older model. Although we weren't there to watch TV, it would have been nice to have a flat screen for a more modern experience.
