The location is great, close to the airport and good food options.

The pool and hot tub were out of service without any prior notice. The heater in the room was really loud and made it hard to sleep.

Stayed at a hotel near the airport with a free shuttle, making my life easier. The breakfast spread was good and I never ran out of things to eat.

I was thrilled to have a "free spa" hot tub, until I found out it didn't work. Hilarious!

The shuttle service was also very convenient, with a free airport shuttle that made my trip stress-free. The room amenities were fantastic, especially the mini-bar and the comfortable sitting area. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of a serene pond. Despite being near the airport, we didn't hear any plane noise. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the availability of free tea and coffee in the lobby. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with nearby stores and a walking/biking trail along the Columbia River.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near the airport. We appreciated the free airport shuttle, which made our arrival and departure easy. Another advantage was the availability of coffee and muffins at 4 am, which was great for our early morning flight.

There were some issues with cleanliness in our room, as there was leftover trash in the waste basket and the bathroom mirror was in poor condition. the overall quality and cleanliness of the room did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Yanna at the front desk, was extremely helpful and nice. They went out of their way to assist us, even correcting a mistake with our reservation. The hotel's location right on the river and near the airport was perfect for us. We were pleasantly surprised that despite its proximity to the airport, there was no noise disturbance, and we slept like babies. Additionally, the hotel was close to nearby stores and everything we needed. The cleanliness of the rooms, comfortable beds, and functioning fridge and microwave were definite pluses.

The hot tub was just what I needed after a long flight. Even though I arrived late at night, the front desk was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic and filled me up for the day. I had a problem with the shower not having hot water, but the staff quickly fixed it when I brought it to their attention. I would recommend this hotel for its great amenities and helpful staff.

The staff did not provide the best customer service. One receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive when I had an issue with my room key.

amazing staff, best customer service ever! they went above and beyond when there was a problem with our room, arranging dinner and another nearby hotel. even moved our luggage and completed check-in for us. no charge for the inconvenience. never been treated this well when traveling!
