As longer term business travelers, we loved the spacious rooms with comfortable king beds and usable desks. The room was remarkably quiet, despite being near a busy freeway. The breakfast selection was excellent with hot and cold cereals, eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurt. The staff, especially Greg at the front desk, were friendly and attentive. The cherry on top was the exceptional service when they found and mailed back some important papers we had left behind.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the area and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the value for the price paid. The hotel was placed in the "closet" area of the city, but it turned out to be the perfect location as it was nestled in between great eateries and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to details, making my stay even more enjoyable. I loved that there were rooms with two king beds too and that breakfast was included in the reasonable rate.

I had a late-night request for an iron, which the desk clerk promptly brought to my room. However, what truly stood out was when they found important papers I had left behind and took the initiative to contact me and arrange for them to be sent to my home address. This level of exceptional service was something I had never experienced before in all my travels. Additionally, the breakfast provided was very good.

Difficult to find the hotel entrance in the strip mall area. Some rooms had poor lighting and outdated AC units.

I had a lovely week-long stay here. The hotel offers clean rooms and the housekeeping staff was always helpful. I requested extra towels and they were always accommodating. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the Woodlands mall within close proximity. Despite being close to the highway, the hotel is quiet and I slept peacefully every night.

The staff was great, providing bright and friendly service. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with lots of popular restaurants just minutes away. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.
