The bed was AMAZING and so comfortable! It made for a perfect night's sleep. The staff at the manor were excellent and so kind. They made us feel welcome and taken care of. The breakfast was delicious, especially the french toast. It was a great way to start our day. The manor itself was cozy and beautifully decorated, with a charming and classic B&B vibe. The location of the manor was perfect, with easy access to Bar Harbor and nearby amenities. There was a sitting room where we enjoyed playing chess and relaxing. The hot water in the shower stayed hot, which was great for those who like long showers.

During our stay, we appreciated the cozy atmosphere and homely feel of the hotel. The location was also convenient as we were able to walk to the town center and restaurants easily. We also enjoyed the complimentary snacks and hot drinks available in the lobby, which was a great added value.

That the carpets in our room looked a bit tired and could have used replacement. , we found the bed to be on the firm side and difficult to sleep in.

Spacious 4 room unit. Lovely breakfast and location near town and park. Friendly and helpful staff. Antique furnishings give a historic feel. Lovely late afternoon gatherings with snacks and friendly conversations. Cozy and clean, with comfortable bed and fireplace. Convenient guest refrigerator and $1 water. A perfect home away from home. Well kept and well maintained.
