The hotel is conveniently located near a small shopping center with various dining options, making it easy to find a meal nearby. the breakfast buffet was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, providing a warm welcome upon arrival.

The check-out process was quite disorganized and frustrating. It took a long time for them to find my reservation, and the manager was unhelpful and unresponsive.

We had a lovely stay at a hotel that was perfectly located and allowed us to easily access great restaurants and the freeway. The staff were welcoming and attentive and the rooms were comfortable with great facilities. Breakfast was included and was a great start to our day. Our favorite aspect was the amazing view from the room, where we could see the city skyline in the distance.

We did face some issues with the towels, as they didn't have enough places to hang them up properly.

The customer service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were given drink tickets when our room wasn't ready and were escorted to the m club lounge in the morning. The size of the room and bathroom was exceptional and recently renovated. The hotel had a great location and was very clean. Generous sized rooms with quiet hallways.

The hotel in Warrensville Heights is a great value for the price. The staff is very attentive and welcoming, making sure to ask about our trip and if there was anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable. The entire hotel is beautifully clean, and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is convenient, with easy access to major highways that allow you to reach all the major attractions in the area. The rooms, whether with a king bed or two double beds, are comfortable and offer a good night's sleep. And to top it off, the breakfast is included and offers a delicious buffet.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was exceptional and we will definitely stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of cleanliness and comfort during my stay. The room was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was evident. The bathroom was spotless, with no signs of hair or dirt. The entire hotel seemed to be very well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The amenities, especially the gym, were top-notch. The location was convenient and easy to access. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Check-in was at 3pm but when we arrived at 4pm, no rooms were available. No reimbursement offered & had to change in the restrooms.

We loved the newly renovated rooms during our stay. The walk-in shower was a nice touch. Also, the staff was very sympathetic to our needs during a recent family funeral. We highly recommend this hotel. a great experience.

The staff provided excellent customer service and even offered drink tickets when the room wasn't ready. In the morning, we were escorted to a lounge where we enjoyed coffee, breakfast, and watched highlights from a sports match.
