This hotel is truly a gem in the mountains. With a remote controlled fireplace in the queen bed room, we enjoyed a beautiful view of Pike's Peak; it was worth every penny. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the included breakfast was a treat. We loved the superb fruit selection and great coffee!

Convenient location near downtown attractions and the Emma Crawford Coffin Race. Friendly and helpful staff, including valet service. Delicious food in both the dining room and bar & grill. Clean and well-equipped rooms with unique amenities. Enjoyed the turn down service in the evening.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated in the heart of the mountains with beautiful views all around. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely "old timey charm" that added to the overall experience.

One negative aspect of our stay was the lack of do not disturb signs on the doors. This resulted in an uncomfortable incident where the turn down service walked into our room while one of us was in the bath.

Nestled in the mountains, this hotel has a stunning location that is just a short walk from the town center and many attractions. The rooms are clean, but a bit small, and the bathrooms are just average. However, the service is top-notch and the breakfast is delicious. The view from the room is limited, but the comfortable beds and helpful staff more than make up for it. Plus, the outdoor veranda is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to downtown. The room itself was fantastic, with great amenities and a comfortable bed. The breakfast served in the formal dining room was delicious. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the AC and noise from neighboring chickens, I would still highly recommend Cliff House At Pikes Peak. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning.

Great historical charm and location. Loved the large clean king room with a heated toilet seat. Easy check-in and check-out process. Decent breakfast buffet included. Electrical access was a bit limited but manageable. Convenient valet parking, although an extra cost.

The service fee and additional charges should be included in the room rates. Room door closed slowly, but not a major issue.
