Friendly staff, comfortable charm, spacious room. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. the hotel had a comfortable charm with its wooden floors and plush chairs. My room was spacious and light-filled, with a vintage sink and a large desk.

Limited food options, outdated exterior. the hotel had limited food options during certain hours and on certain days, so I would recommend bringing snacks or taking advantage of the kitchen.

Charming, clean building, great for the Polar Express train experience. Great restaurants outside the door, exceptionally clean for an older establishment. Highly recommended!

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfortable beds. The windows could be opened, allowing for fresh air, and the lack of "cookie cutter" decor added to the unique charm. The location was also great, with convenient access to restaurants, shops, and major highways.

I felt very welcomed during my stay and had nothing to complain about.

The king suite was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a lovely seating area. The large bathroom was a plus. We loved the coupons for breakfast at the adjoining Cafe Rena - great coffee and pastries! The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and shops.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to retrieve a forgotten item. The hotel was exceptionally clean, even cleaner than the Marriott we recently stayed at. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a thriving arts district, very close to the train station and in the Hanover area. There were also great restaurants and transportation options nearby.
