The King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious and offered a beautiful view of the Rock River.

The water from the tap had a rust color, making it unsuitable for drinking.

I appreciated the antique decor throughout the property, which added a unique character. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the river, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Breakfast was included and the staff were incredibly friendly, making the atmosphere even more welcoming.

The elevator could use some maintenance, as it felt shaky during my rides.

My stay was marred by several issues. The elevator felt shaky, which made me uneasy every time I used it. Additionally, the breakfast area was awkward and lacked variety, leaving much to be desired. The room itself, although spacious, had a bit of dust, which made it feel less welcoming than expected.

Staying at Riverview Inn & Suites felt like being welcomed into a cozy, vintage treasure chest! The warm breakfast with fresh bacon, eggs, and fruit was a delightful start to the day—like breakfast in bed without the bed! When my son left his invisalign retainers at the breakfast table, the staff didn't hesitate to dig through the trash to find them. Talk about a commitment to service! The beautifully maintained rooms made me feel like royalty with pillowtop mattresses that could easily win a 'Best Bed' award. I could really get used to this kind of pampering!

The King Room with Sofa Bed and River View was spacious and offered a stunning view of the Rock River. it made waking up feel like a dream! The beautiful woodwork in the dining area was an unexpected delight that added character to my stay. I enjoyed every moment lounging by the heated swimming pool which made my getaway feel extra special.

Parking lot lights should activate earlier!!! It was really hard to find the hotel. The elevator looked atrocious and the pool area was poorly maintained!!! Needs better communication for breakfast procedures!!!
