The pool area, though not in season, looked inviting from our balcony. Free evening cocktail tickets were a nice touch. Breakfast options were decent, but more heart-healthy choices are needed, and the coffee requires immediate improvement. One staff member was dismissive during check-in, detracting from the experience. Unfortunately, the room had a terrible odor upon arrival and disruptive noise. The facility appears tired, with a musty smell and outdated carpets. The excessive single-use plastic at breakfast is concerning. A shift towards sustainability is needed. Exceptional bartenders saved the experience.

The evening social hour was a fantastic way to unwind and enjoy some complimentary drinks. The transportation service to downtown was convenient, saving me the hassle of ride-sharing.

Room was huge with a separate living area and two TVs. Loved the king bed and pullout couch. Hot tub was small but we had it to ourselves. Great location near downtown and the Grand Ole Opry. Breakfast was solid with oats, eggs, and waffles. Friendly staff and clean property. Shuttle to downtown was a nice touch. Two drink tickets per night too.

I couldn't get a wink of sleep because the walls were so thin! Every time the neighbors would come home, their conversations felt like they were right next to me.

The location was convenient, only 10-15 minutes from major attractions, making sightseeing easy. Breakfast offered a great variety, which was a delightful surprise. highway noise and some unwelcoming staff interactions detracted from the experience. a decent choice with potential for enhancement.

The rooms were great, especially #208 with the balcony overlooking the pool and the lush gardens! The hot breakfast and daily cocktail hour are perfect ways to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The only downside was we had to remind housekeeping for fresh towels, but overall, it didn't ruin our stay at all. 🌺
