the breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food. the staff was friendly and the cleaning crew was impressive. we enjoyed the evening happy hour where we met new friends. the cocktail hours were fantastic, with amazing drinks served by the nice bartenders. the location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions like the Opryland and the mall. overall, a lovely stay with comfortable rooms and nice amenities.

The staff at this hotel was super friendly and so helpful! They gave us great tips on exploring the area and how to get to our concert venue for BOB SEGER. the breakfast spread was hot with lots of delicious options. the pool area was one of the best I've ever seen, perfect for chilling out and enjoying the sun. the location was convenient for us, not too far from the town but still peaceful.

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Our room had some issues with hair in the tub and stains around the toilet bowl.

The comfortable beds made us sleep through a tornado without realizing it until the next morning. The shuttle service to downtown is convenient and affordable. The hotel has an open area in the middle of the rooms and is conveniently located to attractions. The staff was great, and the room with a pull-out couch was clean and newly remodeled with new furniture. As we traveled through America for 4 weeks, finding a hotel that lived up to its photos was like playing Russian roulette. But Club Hotel Nashville Inn & Suites exceeded our expectations. The location was conveniently close to attractions, the staff was helpful, and the rooms seemed recently renovated. The free Wi-Fi and delicious breakfast were the icing on the cake.
