The staff at Villa De Pranakorn were incredibly friendly and helpful. They greeted us with a smile each day and were always ready to offer suggestions and assistance. They even helped us make dinner reservations and arrange transportation. The overall experience was delightful.

The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance of the entirety of the Old City Center and close to all main attractions. The room was big and comfortable, with a beautiful bathtub and friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist us. Additionally, the breakfast offered a limited but delicious variety of options.

The air conditioning in the room was very loud, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The exclusive amenities of this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with high-quality bed and plush pillows. The bathroom had superb brand and quality bathtub and shower, with Panpuri toiletries. The room was equipped with American Standard sink, Toto WC, Electrolux iron and fridge, and safe box. The gym had all necessary equipment, and the pool had beach chairs with towels provided.

There was a minor issue regarding the drainage in the room, which led to a slow drain after taking a shower. However, this did not significantly affect my stay, and the rest of the room was immaculate.
