However, we had difficulty with the elevators and faced delays with the bell service – our luggage was left unattended upon arrival. Conveniently located near major attractions, the Deluxe Studio provided all the amenities we needed, including a handy full kitchen and a delightful surprise, a margarita machine! The valet staff were exceptional, swiftly handling the busy demands of the conference crowd. However, we faced some delays with the valet service on our return, and while everything else was great, a few housekeeping touches could have made our stay even more enjoyable.

the air conditioning unit in our room was noisy 😕 but the rooftop pool was beautiful and had awesome views. our suite was very clean and fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy. we loved the convenient location near attractions.

The Deluxe King Suite was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. Having a kitchenette was a lifesaver for quick snacks, and that margarita machine was a fun surprise!

However, the Wi-Fi was a real letdown, only allowing four devices at once, which is tough for a family. Also, not having a full-length mirror in the room felt like a strange oversight. Valet parking was on the pricey side at $57 per night, and service was slow—my car was left at the entrance for hours before they parked it correctly. Plus, the need for Google Chromecast for streaming services made some indoor hours less enjoyable.

the hotel is in a super convenient spot, just a short walk from cool attractions like the state farm arena and olympic park. the staff was totally chill and helpful, they even let us pass on the timeshare pitch without any hassle. loved the floor to ceiling windows in my room, so much natural light! the pool was awesome for chilling after a busy day. the place is clean and feels new, which is a big plus.

the valet service was kinda slow and could take forever to get your car. also, be ready for some noise outside at night, it can get loud!

We enjoyed our 5-night stay in a Deluxe King Suite, but the Wi-Fi limitation was a big drawback for our family. It was frustrating to share connections among multiple devices. Also, ensure you have Google Chromecast for streaming as it made our indoor downtime more enjoyable. Consider dining at nearby restaurants since the hotel options were limited. Prepare for possible indoor hours with a plan!

Stunning suite, attentive staff, complete kitchen in our corner king suite made it easy to prepare meals during our stay, and the rooftop pool with sun loungers offered a fantastic view of the city skyline.
