They even called us before our arrival to ask if we needed a shuttle to the nearby Universal Studios. Steve, the shuttle driver, was exceptional and made our transportation experience enjoyable. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a long day at the theme park. The shower was also impressive, with its spacious design. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to everything, including the Bob Hope Airport.
