The staff was extremely courteous, recognizing us during our short stay and engaging us in casual conversation. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful lobby and a good-sized room. The AC worked like a charm, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The pool area was an added bonus, with late-night access and a sign-up system that allowed us to enjoy it with fewer people around. The on-site Rivertop Bar and Grill was a highlight, offering delicious food and live music. The price was right too, making it even better!

The hotel had a great location near shopping and restaurants, perfect for a romantic escape. We enjoyed going for walks in the area and felt safe. The bed was comfortable, which was lovely to come back to after a long day. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the pool and hot tub, but they looked inviting.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. The cleanliness of the shower was not up to par, as there was slime coming out of the drain.

This place is close to many outdoor activities such as skiing and hiking, and also has many wineries nearby. The staff had great customer service and the room amenities were very convenient, including tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities, and a hair dryer. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were very relaxing after being outdoors all day.
