The hotel offered a clean and comfortable room, which was in excellent shape. the microwave sausage and egg McMuffins served for breakfast were tasty. the hotel's location was convenient, with fun shopping and welcoming restaurants within walking distance.

There was a lack of friendly and welcoming customer service at the front desk. the receptionist, Emily, did not greet or welcome us and quoted a higher rate than what was available online.

The pool was great, with a calming atmosphere and the option to use the outdoor hot tub.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - easy to find and close to the center. It was also conveniently located near the mountains and wineries, offering plenty of outdoor activities. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with all common areas and our room well-maintained. The staff was extremely courteous, recognizing us during our short stay and engaging us in casual conversation. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful lobby and a good-sized room. The AC worked like a charm, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The pool area was an added bonus, with late-night access and a sign-up system that allowed us to enjoy it with fewer people around. The on-site Rivertop Bar and Grill was a highlight, offering delicious food and live music. The price was right too, making it even better!

The hotel had a great location near shopping and restaurants, perfect for a romantic escape. We enjoyed going for walks in the area and felt safe. the bed was comfortable, which was lovely to come back to after a long day. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the pool and hot tub, but they looked inviting.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. the cleanliness of the shower was not up to par, as there was slime coming out of the drain.

This place is close to many outdoor activities such as skiing and hiking, and also has many wineries nearby. The staff had great customer service and the room amenities were very convenient, including tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities, and a hair dryer. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were very relaxing after being outdoors all day.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
