The unit we stayed in was clean and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was also great, with the beach just a short distance away. We loved being able to easily access the beach and spend our days relaxing by the water.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our experience. the pool area was not well-maintained, with floaties and noodles always scattered around the pool and outside area.

The location of the property was amazing, with direct beach access just steps away. The pool was a fair size and never overcrowded. There were 3 grills available for guests to use. The 2 bedroom condo had a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the views. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were great. The check-in instructions were simple and the code entrance was convenient. I would definitely recommend these condos.

The condo had comfortable beds, well-furnished rooms, and convenient amenities like a putting green. Check-in was simple, with a code entrance instead of keys. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

There were plenty of towels, including beach towels, and they even provided beach chairs and a sun umbrella. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and there were three huge TVs with lots of channels. The pool was well-kept with plenty of sun loungers. It was also an easy drive to local attractions such as the Space Station, Daytona race track, and Orlando attractions.

The location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to Cocoa Beach pier. The kitchen in our unit was well equipped, which made cooking meals convenient. We also enjoyed having two TVs, with Netflix access on one of them. The property was well kept and our unit had a great layout, with two rooms and three beds in the second room. It was perfect for our family, as each of our kids had their own bed.

The parking situation was convenient, with one covered parking space provided for each unit and additional uncovered parking available. The transportation options were excellent, with the pier within easy walking distance from the resort. For us it was ideal.
