the room was the smallest closet I’ve ever experienced, absoluteley ridiculous. almost gave a good review, but where was my complimentary upgrade? I would have thought a guest like me deserved that kind of treatment!

The heated bathroom floors were a delightful surprise after a cold day exploring the city. The staff genuinely cared, sharing tips and stories that enhanced my experience. A small porch overlooking the street was my favorite spot to catch a glimpse of the northern lights on a clear night.

The rooms are compact, which might not suit everyone, especially those looking for more space to stretch out. The noise from reconstruction works nearby made it a bit hard to relax at times, especially during the morning. Parking was a bit tricky, so be prepared for that if you're driving.

During my stay, I really appreciated the good breakfast options, which made mornings feel special, and the staff's friendliness truly added warmth to my experience as I ventured out to explore nearby sites like Krane Art Gallery and Tromso Cathedral, both just a short stroll away. it made my weekend wanderings absolutely delightful.

but the room had not been cleaned properly when I checked in. the location is super central, making it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. And breakfast was tasty with a great selection of food! ! the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Close to tours. the breakfast was rich and delicous, and there were free waffles in the evening which were sooo good. liked that they had hot drinks all day long, really helps after exploring the cold outside. the staff was super chill and helped me with everything i needed.

but the family room felt a lil cramped for 4 people, and i was bummed there wasn’t a 24-hour reception so had to go to sisters hotel at night.

It was just a strong match for a lightning stop in Tromso with excellent value for money. The shower in my room was great and really refreshing after a long day out. Watch out for any local festivals as the noise can get a bit loud at night.
