Loved it! the room was beautifully decorated with a nautical vibe and the bed was super comfy. the breakfast spread was amazing, with a variety of breads, fruits, mini muffins, and even tasty mini quiches and frittatas. the common areas were cozy and inviting, both inside and outside on the deck with Adirondack chairs. the location was great, centrally located for exploring Cape Cod. Plus, the owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to come back!

The hotel offered complimentary wine at the bar and lemon cucumber water at the door, which was a nice touch. the personal touches such as different teas and coffee in the room, bathroom accessories, and candy greeting in the room added to the experience. the hotel is in a convenient location, within walking distance to gift shops, art museums, restaurants, and ice cream shops.

The hotel could use some renovations, particularly the neglected deck area and outdated furniture. Our room in the Carriage House was not as clean as expected, with mismatched shower curtain rings and a makeshift shower curtain rod.

The friendly and accommodating staff ensured a comfortable stay. Despite the room being small, it had all the necessary amenities. The attention to detail in the room, such as the well-stocked essentials and quality towels, impressed me. The beautifully landscaped common areas and healthy breakfast options added to the overall experience. Though renovations were ongoing, they didn't affect my stay at all. The easy access to grocery stores and restaurants was a plus. In terms of minor critiques, the room could use better lighting and more space for luggage. However, despite these small drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. this B&B provided a wonderful experience.
