Front desk girl was nice. Clean, comfortable room. Variety of breakfast options: hot and cold, balanced with protein, carbs, fruit, and juices. Coffee was good. Room was fresh, clean, well-appointed, quiet, and everything worked.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was close to the Iowa State Fair grounds and many shops and restaurants. a great value for the money!

The surrounding area is nice, with several hotel chains represented along with numerous restaurants available close by. The grounds were serene with the water/pond, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The staff provided great service, and the rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, with everything in working order.

We also appreciated the variety offered at the breakfast bar, even though biscuits and gravy would have been a nice addition. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We spent our New Year's Eve at a hotel and had a nice experience overall. the complementary breakfast was delicious and there was a variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect, close to many restaurants and stores. We also enjoyed the spacious and clean bathroom in our room.

The pool was closed during our stay which was a disappointment. the room had a strange smell and was a bit stuffy, but we were able to open a window for fresh air.

Great stay over Christmas! the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, like a refrigerator and microwave. the TV swiveling feature was a nice touch, allowing for easy viewing from both the bed and the easy chair. the bathroom was big and the Sunbeam shower head was amazing. the staff was friendly and the breakfast had a good variety of options. Plus, the hotel was in a convenient location with easy access to attractions in the area.

The only downside was that there was no guest laundry, which would have been helpful during a longer stay.
