During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the comfortable beds in our clean room. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the area. Another advantage was the great TV options, allowing us to watch a movie before bed.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the continental breakfast left much to be desired, with limited options and a lack of replenishment.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and fresh linens. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh fruit and tasty waffles. the hotel's location was convenient, being close to major attractions and amenities in the area.

The shower could have been cleaner, with some hair found on the walls and bottom of the shower. the lack of a TV guide made it difficult to navigate through channels.

We had a fantastic stay at Comfort Inn Apex! The beds were incredibly comfortable with double kings and pillow top California king mattresses - perfect for a good night's sleep. The rooms were clean and spacious, ideal for me and my children. The hotel also provided a crib for our little one, which was set up and ready to go upon our arrival. The free wifi and breakfast were a big hit with the family, and the cleanliness of the breakfast area and the room were impressive. The staff, especially Miss Tanika at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel, right off the highway, was convenient for us. a great choice for families like us who want quality and value for money.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Apex for a business trip. The location was convenient, just off the highway. The front desk staff, especially Miss Tanika, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite my delayed flight, she ensured that my family members were able to check in without any issues. The room and linens were spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Whenever I had a question, the staff was always available and attentive. Additionally, the late night front desk was quick and efficient.

I can confidently recommend this hotel.

Great value for the price with clean and recently updated rooms. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service, especially the gentleman at the front desk with a soothing voice and the lady in charge of the breakfast area. the breakfast had a decent variety, including sausage and eggs, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel is conveniently located in a growing area with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

There could have been more handicapped parking spaces available. Also, please note that there are no elevators in the hotel, so keep this in mind if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage to carry.
