Arriving to find our room had no hot water was disappointing. Despite informing staff multiple times, the issue wasn't resolved. the broken coffee maker and lack of toilet paper added to the discomfort. However, the comfortable bed and functioning TV provided some relief. Overall, easy access and friendly housekeeping staff made the stay tolerable. Overall, I'd consider staying elsewhere in the future.

The location was easy to find, and the staff member who welcomed us was super polite and helpful. the room and lobby were kept clean, and the breakfast items were tasty.

Issues started when we found disgusting stains on the carpet, a broken coffee maker, and no toilet paper in our room. Despite notifying the front desk, nothing was done about the lack of hot water, and the staff seemed indifferent.
