This was our second stay at this location. We were in the area for our dog's procedure at the vet and found the hotel to be conveniently located near the highway. The staff was kind and accommodating, offering warm cookies and complimentary bottles of water upon arrival. The indoor pool was a hit with our kids, and we appreciated the receptionist's offer to address any issues with other guests using the pool. it was a great stay with easy parking, cleanliness, and a satisfying full hot breakfast.

The hotel had a great location right off of I-70 and Route 40 in the eastern Ohio hill country. It was easy to find and convenient for our dog's vet appointment in the area. I recently stayed at a hotel in Cambridge for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff at Comfort Inn was incredibly kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable, especially when there were many teenagers in the pool and we had small children with us. The receptionist assured us that if any issues arose, she would take care of it. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm cookies and complimentary bottles of water, which was a nice touch. it was a great stay and we will definitely be back!

I had an awesome stay at this hotel! The work desk area was perfect for my needs, and having an in-room coffee maker was a great convenience. The king bed was incredibly comfortable with five pillows, and the breakfast bar had a fantastic selection including eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal. The staff was super friendly, and the late check-in process was smooth and easy. I really appreciate their hospitality and the great facilities they provided.

Not obvious to find, but the location turned out to be really convenient with nearby shopping options and restaurants.

We stayed at this hotel and found it to be exceptionally clean. As a family traveling with small children, it was important for us to feel safe, and the area surrounding the hotel provided exactly that. The convenience of having several restaurants within walking distance was a bonus. Despite the heavily chlorinated pool, our children had no issues swimming. Even though our room had a slight smell of cigars, we believe it was due to the proximity to the main entrance. The breakfast offerings were satisfying, with ample seating available. we would definitely stay here again.

Spent xmas at this hotel and had a great experience. Loved the convenient location, close to shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the fridge and microwave provided. the highlight was the friendly and helpful staff who made my stay enjoyable.

There were a few downsides. the elevator could be slippery at times due to wet floors from the pool.

The staff made inappropriate comments and judgments towards me and my husband, which made us feel unwelcome. We were wrongly assumed to be homeless and asked to leave the lobby during breakfast.

They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. the location of this hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was situated in a beautiful area, close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, allowing us to easily explore the city. We loved the comfortable and well-appointed rooms. the beds were cozy and the amenities provided added an extra touch of luxury to our stay.

We had a negative experience with the elevator during our stay. It was slow and occasionally made strange noises, which made us feel a bit uneasy.
