The room was not well-maintained, with a broken bathroom lock, shower handle, and stains on the carpet. The lack of a seal around the door allowed for noise and odors from outside to enter the room. Furthermore, the false information on the website about having a washer and dryer added to the frustration. The noisy and disruptive neighbor, who even attracted the attention of the police, made the experience even more unsettling. Despite the efforts of the kind young girl at the front desk to change our room, we were greeted with overwhelming smoke fumes. We had no choice but to check out and find alternative accommodations.

We loved the spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast offered a variety of options including eggs, sausage, yogurt, waffles, fruits, etc. The pool was great for our kids. The location was convenient being near to the i75 and Walmart.

The hotel was super clean and smelled nice throughout the building. Our room was spacious and had a nice balcony. The breakfast selection had a lot of choices and was accommodating to my whole family. The staff, especially Tina, who served breakfast, was awesome and made us feel like we were in our mom's kitchen.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and we appreciated the fresh and pleasant smell throughout the building. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and clean linens. We loved having a microwave and refrigerator in the room, which worked perfectly. The hotel's location was also great, close to restaurants and within easy access to Marco beaches and the historic downtown area.
