The location is excellent—walking distance to the boardwalk. The staff, undeniably friendly, offered helpful perks that enhanced my stay. breakfast left much to be desired. With limited options and a confusing process, it felt more like a handout than a luxury. The cleanliness of the room was undermined by unpleasant odors and maintenance issues, like a stubborn toilet and dripping ceilings. Parking was exorbitantly priced, and staff lacked courtesy when discussing alternatives. While some employees shined, like the attentive gentleman at the bar, others missed the mark. For the price, I expected more. A solid effort, but significant improvements are needed to match the expectations set by their photos.

The beach access was a dream, just a quick stroll away! My room was clean, cozy, and had all the essentials like a fridge and microwave. The friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable!

Staying here is great for anyone who loves exploring on foot, as you are just a short walk from Atlantic City's famous boardwalk, with vibrant shops and eateries, and the beautiful beach is practically at your doorstep; not to mention fun landmarks like Ripley's Believe It or Not, a little over 500 meters away, and the historic Absecon Lighthouse, which is around a 15-minute stroll away, making it easy to soak in the sights. The hotel itself features comfortable and modern rooms, along with helpful amenities like a fridge and microwave, but there were a few cleanliness issues that could definitely use some attention.

The room was cozy and perfect for a romantic getaway. We enjoyed complimentary breakfast every morning and the staff was super attentive, always checking in on us.

It wasn't inexpensive, but it felt worth it for the convenience and service.

Blackout curtains helped block out light, creating a cozy atmosphere. the thermostat didn’t work properly, making it tricky to control the room temperature. Noise levels were surprisingly low; I enjoyed minimal disturbance from other guests. There was a safety deposit box and a working fridge, both nice touches. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was not up to standard, with dirty linens and a stained mattress. Maintenance issues, such as a dripping ceiling, added to the disappointment. The amenities were a mixed bag, leaving room for improvement.

The location is perfect for beach access and nearby bar crawls. The check-in process was a bit slow and our room wasn't cleaned daily.

The A/C in my first room was a nightmare. It barely worked, and after maintenance fixed it, the temp shot up to 78° again. No offer of compensation or even a different room until hours later—it was unbearable!

A mix of highs and lows defined the experience. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, creating a sauna-like ambiance, while the housekeeping did well with cleanliness. Ventilation was poor; windows wouldn’t open. Staff were mostly friendly, except for the breakfast attendant who was unkind and abrupt. The noisy neighbors and thin walls made for disrupted nights. Good food and convenient location made the days enjoyable, but a $100 hold on the card caused confusion and frustration. Charm exists, but some improvements are desperately needed for a better experience.

They allowed us to check in early and even provided us with a late check-out the next day. the location was great, just a short walk to the boardwalk and casinos, perfect for a concert at Ocean Resort. the room was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a convenient start to the morning.
