The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. the location of the hotel was also convenient, being only 10 minutes away from two gathering locations. This made it easy for us to get back and forth. the pool area was also a highlight, providing a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the amenities.

One downside of our stay was the outdated rooms. the bathroom door wouldn't close properly and the bed could have been more comfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Although our fridge didn't work, we had adjoining rooms with my sister so it wasn't a problem. a great stay and we will definitely go back.

Spent xmas at this hotel and had a great time! the beds were super comfy and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location was perfect, right off the highway and easy to find. We also loved how clean everything was, it really made us feel comfortable during our stay.

There were a couple of downsides. the pool was closed during our stay, which was a bummer.

This hotel is well located, with plenty of things to do nearby. It's perfect for business travelers who want to be close to local attractions and skiing in the Western mountains of Maryland. The room is clean and comfortable with excellent service and breakfast. The shower head is great and the hotel staff are very accommodating. There's even a gas station across the street with a great stop and shop store. Plus, the front desk provides useful recommendations about everything around.
