The location was amazing, just a short walk to the lifts. The staff were incredibly nice and helped with my late check-in. The in-house restaurant was convenient after a long day on the slopes. The shuttle service avoided parking hassles. The room was clean and comfortable.

stayed here and was shocked by the claustrophobic basement room, no air-conditioning and only one light? what is this, 1950? and the broken gym equipment was the cherry on top. i almost considered praising the staff until i realized their lack of urgency made me feel unimportant. i guess special treatment is just a fantasy here.

The heated pool was fantastic after a long day exploring nearby hiking trails. Walls were thin, making it noisy at times, especially with a barking dog next door.

We stayed in a Standard King Room, and it was super comfy! The bed and pillows were amazing—really cozy for a good night's sleep. The room had a nice modern vibe, and the bathroom was great too. I loved how helpful the staff was, meeting all our requests. Plus, the view of the White Mountains out the window was a nice bonus! Totally worth it for a skiing getaway.
