Our stay was okay, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The location was convenient for unloading everything and accessing nearby restaurants. The proximity to Skyline Drive was a plus. The room and bathroom were average and clean. Service lacked warmth and attention. Breakfast was simple but standard for hotels. The only upside was the rubber mat in the tub and the dog walk area.

The staff were unwelcoming and uninterested in assisting with basic requests, like towels and directions to amenities.

The hotel had recently been renovated and the common areas were pleasant and clean. the bed in the room was very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep for weary travelers. the location of the hotel was convenient, being situated near a college town and a busy interstate.

First, the rooms themselves were in desperate need of updating, with worn-out rugs that should have been cleaned or replaced. the customer service left much to be desired, with an unfriendly and unenthusiastic desk person upon arrival.
