This hotel is situated in a scenic location in the mountains which made for some lovely views. Additionally, it was within walking distance of downtown and the shops which made exploring the area very convenient. The room was decent and came with some useful facilities like a room safe.

The hotel had a sneaky policy of charging for the room safe, despite many guests not wanting to use it. This left a sour taste in the mouth, especially since the front desk staff claimed to waive it but then added it to the bill.

We were impressed with the friendly and courteous staff at Comfort Inn. They gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel was situated in a convenient location, within walking distance to downtown. Despite being near the lobby, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, helpful staff, and peaceful atmosphere.

Happy New Year! the hot chocolate and cookies upon arrival were a nice touch. the hotel was located in a prime spot with a short walk to dining and shopping options. the room had ample space and a comfortable bed.

Although the hotel listed a gym and pool, both were closed. the staff also had a lack of knowledge regarding the area's dining options.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect for exploring the town, with plenty of shops and attractions within walking distance. The room itself was comfortable and well-decorated, with elegant window treatments and a unique headboard featuring a photo of the nearby Sierra Blanca. The basic amenities provided were exactly what I needed, including those convenient A/C and heating units that kept the fan running and excellent blackout curtains for a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and plentiful, even towards the end of the breakfast hours. All in all, this hotel provided great value for money and I would definitely consider staying here again.
