I was pleasantly surprised by the value for my money at Comfort Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant smell. The location was convenient, close to freeways and with good eating spots nearby. The staff was accommodating and friendly, especially when it came to my medical appointments and my service dog.

The breakfast experience could be improved by offering milk and juice options.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially the Chinese male manager. Comfortable beds, clean rooms with pleasant smells. TV has a variety of channels. Short distance to Asian restaurants. Modern decor and numerous breakfast choices, including oatmeal, waffles, pastries, eggs. Ample coffee options.

Although the breakfast options were basic, the affordable price of the hotel made up for it. I was impressed with the location and amenities offered at this hotel.

The hotel lacked a functioning printer, which was an inconvenience when it came to printing important documents such as boarding passes.

comfort inn exceeded our expectations during our family holiday in monterey park. the location was great and the rates were reasonable. the daily housekeeping was excellent and the front desk staff, especially may, were experienced and took care of our group reservation without any issues.
