The indoor pool was a nice surprise, and my family enjoyed the comfort of the queen room with two beds.

Felt like it was our own home, nothing too much trouble.

However, I did feel like a mad scientist trying to figure out the keys that kept deactivating—seriously, did they think I’d steal the room? And if I heard 'sorry, breakfast is over' one more time, I might've thrown a waffle!

I loved staying in their spacious Queen Suite with Communication Assistance! The indoor pool was warm and well-maintained, perfect for a family splash. The breakfast spread had something for everyone, including delicious scrambled eggs and make-your-own waffles!

The indoor pool area was overcrowded and noisy due to children running around, which made it impossible to enjoy a swim. The lack of attentive staff to manage the chaos caused significant frustration for other guests trying to relax. Additionally, the breakfast options were underwhelming. the hot items were barely warm and lacked the expected quality one would anticipate from a hotel stay.

during my stay, I enjoyed the fantastic proximity to Lake McConaughy, which is just a short drive away, perfect for walking and enjoying nature, and I loved the convenience of nearby dining options like Taco John's, just a quick stroll from the hotel.

the crib provided for our baby was a huge lifesaver during our stay. the bathroom bulbs were burnt out and the toilet seat had hard water stains, not great for cleanliness.

Renovated and meticulously clean, the King Room offered a comfortable stay with plenty of pillows and a spacious feel. Breakfast featured delectable options, including granola, and the staff member managing the breakfast area radiated pride in her work. Convenience was key, thanks to its easy access from the highway and free parking, although the pool area was already closed upon arrival. An electric vehicle charging station was available, making it a plus for those traveling with electric cars.

best western plus is super convenient, right off I-80 and close to colorado. the indoor pool was great for my pups, and the breakfast was amazing with tons of options. staff really takes pride in their work, especially the breakfast lady. rooms are huge and clean, too.
