The carpet in the hallways had a rather unsettling design, making navigation a bit disorienting. There were also issues with the chlorine level in the pool, leading to skin irritation during my swim. Some cleanliness concerns popped up too, with a few guests reporting hair and unclean surfaces. Additionally, parking became a hassle after local events, which disrupted the otherwise enjoyable stay.

the room was filthy, with crumbs and hair everywhere. the front desk was less than helpful, completely ignoring my complaints. i expected a room upgrade or at least a kind word for my troubles but they clearly don’t value guests like me. absolutely dissapointing, i almost considered praising them, but it just couldn’t happen.

Had a comfy room, but the shower drained super slow, which was a bit annoying. Staff were friendly as, and breakfast options were good! Chur for that!
