The pool was warm and enjoyable, even in the evening. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the sea view from our room was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to our experience. the overall atmosphere of the hotel was nice and enjoyable.

We were disappointed with the limited food options available, especially for Muslim customers. It was inconvenient for my husband to have to walk to another hotel just to find a suitable dinner option.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, from the bus driver at the train station to the management. We felt like we were part of the Disney family. The hotel also allowed us to store our luggage on our last day, making our departure easy and stress-free. it was a wonderful experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the magical theming of the hotel. The Xmas tree was beautifully decorated. The spacious inter-connected rooms were perfect for our family. The bus shuttle was reliable with easy access to Disneyland. I recommend this hotel.

Great for families with kids, there are fun activities like trick or treating and kids' outfits. Thoughtful amenities like bed guards and bathroom stools. Lower level kid's section in the breakfast area for easy access to food. Comfortable rooms with nice views and good TV shows.

The surroundings were awesome with a nice view and great swimming pool. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel had a shop selling Disneyland products and offered discount vouchers for guests. They fulfilled my request for a surprise birthday gift. the service and staff were excellent.
