The hotel had a great location with plenty of local restaurants and stores nearby. I appreciated the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel, as well as the friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the artwork in the room, showcasing photographs from the area, added a nice touch. The bathroom mirror was large and brightly lit, making it easy to get ready. I also liked that all the lamps had outlets and/or USB ports, making it convenient for charging devices. Lastly, the hotel provided strong Wi-Fi, which was a plus.

One issue I encountered was with the TV remote in my room, which was broken. It made it difficult to change channels, as it required some Cirque du Soleil moves to get a signal.

He even upgraded our room and gave us two free appetizer coupons for Texas Roadhouse. the room itself was clean and spacious, with a microwave, mini fridge, and even a bonus kitchenette. the bathroom was large, and we appreciated the responsive A/C and heat. it was the best value for money and a great choice for both quick overnight stays and longer visits with kids to explore the area attractions.

The breakfast at Comfort Inn & Suites Harrisburg - Hershey West was fantastic! I loved the variety of options, especially the fresh scrambled eggs and delicious sausage. The room was clean and the bathroom was bright and well-maintained. The location was perfect for exploring Harrisburg attractions. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only minor issue was with the WiFi, which was a bit finicky at first and required a few attempts to connect. Additionally, there were some minor exterior and interior updates that could be done.
