I loved that the hotel was conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and stores, making it easy to grab food and drinks before heading out for some karaoke. The pool area was clean and inviting, with plenty of lounge chairs and shade provided by cabanas, perfect for relaxing after a night of fun. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, allowing me to unwind comfortably.

However, the $30 parking charge per night felt a bit steep.

I also found remnants of a previous guest's medicine tablet on the bed, which was quite unsanitary. Additionally, the shower gel was empty upon arrival, though it was replaced when I called guest services. These oversight issues really detracted from what should have been a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, the shower water didn't drain properly, leaving me standing in a pool of water during my shower, which was quite inconvenient.

I had a great stay with my partner. The mornings started with an indulgent breakfast. I enjoyed a savory breakfast burrito and fresh pastries. Our room had a 50-inch Smart HDTV and a comfortable bed, which ensured a good night's sleep. We appreciated the spacious design of the space and the clean environment throughout our stay. The staff always checked if we needed anything. We loved being close to various dining options. Overall, it was memorable.

We loved that the hotel was clean, spacious, and very welcoming, especially with our newborn baby. The location was handy for visiting places like the Aquarium of the Pacific. The staff was super friendly and really helped us feel at home during our short stay.

Had a lekker big room with a cozy pool view! The staff were all chommies, especially Sanjay at the front desk—he really made me feel at home, helping me with my plans. Pool area was fab for chillin' after a long day, kinda like a mini holiday right here!

Loved the tropical vibe here. the courtyard was beautiful. enjoyed the fresh coffee at the café! The staff went above and beyond. even brewed us some coffee after swimming. very friendly atmosphere.

Could improve on the cleanliness of the floors. also, the dining options in the area were a bit limited.
