I personally didn't fancy the idea of partially open bathrooms, but I understand it's a matter of personal preference.

The color palette is trendy and relaxing, the linens and towels are bright white and appear new. The staff is friendly and accommodating to guest requests for an early morning departure.

This hotel is exceptional. it's very close to the airport, which worked well for us. Secondly, the staff is amazing and always ready to help. Thirdly, the basic amenities are great, from the inviting pool and hot tub to comfortable beds. And lastly, the breakfast was included, which is always a plus.

We were impressed with how they honored a miscommunication from our previous visit and even corrected their policy and communication. the improvements were so noticeable that we didn't mind paying a slightly higher price. We had a great stay here! The location is perfect, very close to the airport and within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The shuttle service was really convenient, especially for getting to and from the airport. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was really comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast and were pleasantly surprised by the selection!

Lenora from the breakfast staff was incredibly accommodating to our gluten-free needs. Special shoutout to Isis, who single-handedly managed multiple tasks with a smile and great attitude.

As foreign tourists, we enjoyed the friendly and helpful front desk staff who went above and beyond to assist us. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast! I loved the fact that the breakfast options were freshly made and served like in a restaurant. the kitchen wait staff were always welcoming and served us with a smile every morning, even at 6am! it was great that they offered complimentary shuttle services that were timely and the driver was friendly and helpful. the location was also a plus, it was conveniently close to the airport, which made our trip smoother.

I have to mention that the bathtub in our room was very slippery when taking a shower, which made me worry about falling. To avoid it, I had to put a towel on the bottom of the tub to stand on.
