We loved the convenience of the showers caddy display with refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. No stooping required! Plus, they had great brands to choose from. It was also a bonus that pets were allowed.

The hotel facilities were top notch, with a fantastic pool that felt like bathwater and clean and spacious rooms. The location was perfect, with easy access to the freeway and just across the street from the Mall of America. Plus, the free parking and shuttle service made getting around a breeze. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast! The buffet had a wide variety of options, from hot breakfast items to pastries and fresh fruit, and the staff was always there to replenish and assist.

The hotel is conveniently located in proximity to MSP airport and the Mall of America, offering easy walking distance to the latter. Rooms are clean, spacious, and modern, with full kitchens in some, as well as a pool and friendly staff. The breakfast is healthy and with good variety, with the staff members being super professional and accommodating.

There could be a minor issue with the communication between guests and staff, which, however, could be easily resolved with a little more attention to detail.

The pool was clean and warm, which made it a perfect spot to relax during my stay at this hotel near the mall. I enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to others.

The room was larger than expected, providing plenty of space for my family. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel's location near the Mall of America was a major plus, as it allowed for easy access to shopping and entertainment.

On the downside, there were a few issues during our stay. the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, as we discovered an old cookie under one of the beds and noticed an abundance of fruit flies.
